The Benefits of Systematic Kinesiology
If you have health issues, especially symptoms that won't go away and other treatments just don't work or give temporary relief, Systematic Kinesiology can help. It is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing for the whole person that brings your body back into balance.

Kinesiology addresses the root causes of illness and strengthens your own body to fight disease.

Using gentle muscle testing, Kinesiology can effectively locate the source of imbalances in the body that need attention and explores what you need in your life to allow healing.

Kinesiology is the only holistic approach to health that looks at the body's mental health, chemical health, physical health and energetic health together, in order to rebalance and restore the body back to optimal health.

How Kinesiology can help
Kinesiology is a safe and comfortable treatment and doesn't manipulate or strain any part of the body. It uses gentle muscle testing, usually of arms or legs and is performed fully clothed.

Muscle testing is a muscle check which tells you if something is beneficial for the body or if it will weaken the body's systems. In this way, Kinesiology takes the guesswork out of healthcare and can test for nutritional supplements - as well as food and environmental sensitivities - that will support and benefit your body further.

Kinesiology does not diagnose or try and suppress your symptoms.

A wide range of symptoms can benefit from kinesiology's holistic approach.

About Louise
For many years I worked as a nurse, midwife and health visitor in the NHS, and then, as my family grew I transferred to school nursing. Trained in Active Birthing, I've promoted freedom of choice, the belief and confidence to trust into the body's own wisdom, and supported families and young people with a wide range of physical and emotional health issues.

The demand for support has increased so rapidly in the last ten years, particularly with young people, it inspired me to pursue my training in complementary health. As "one size does not fit all" when faced with physical or emotional issues, I trained as a Systematic Kinesiologist with TASK because I want to give people more choice and a different, effective way of managing their health issues. I feel passionately that kinesiology provides a unique opportunity for personal change and growth that suppressing or treating symptoms can rarely do.

Working so closely with the body's communication system via muscle testing, my main focus in questioning is:
What is your body trying to tell you about your life?

No two kinesiology sessions are ever the same - even for similar symptoms - so kinesiologists need to be really good listeners to truly understand the relevant information and discover the cause of imbalances. More and more research is confirming that the mind and body are inextricably linked when it comes to health, but some people find it hard to know or talk about how they are feeling. Kinesiology is wonderful in this regard because oversharing isn't required and it doesn't inhibit the effectiveness of treatment. Kinesiology helps people to thrive in a way that makes them feel their best and it's been so exciting to see clients discover through muscle testing what they could change, what can help support them, and then create space in their life for a new way of being that restores their health.

My own study of kinesiology is ongoing and I never stop learning. My most recent interest is in addressing the gut microbiome which affects the gut, immune and hormonal systems, and also the skin and gut brain axis. Kinesiology can identify food sensitivities, life style changes and supplementation that can dramatically improve the microbiome and thus whole body health.
I'm also fascinated in how the energetics of the divine masculine and feminine impact on our life and belief system, and how rebalancing these energies can create huge transformations in wellbeing.

There are many techniques that I can pass on to you for your onward healing journey towards your goals, so you can rebalance and resolve your health.
